2-Year Warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, APEX will repair or replace defective parts to the customer.

Our warranty does not cover the following issues:

• UV Damage: Ultraviolet damage to the fabric. The gelcoat on the Skycamp shell is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects resulting from use (discoloration of vinyl windows, scratches/dents on the tent roof, etc.).

• Customer-caused damage (misuse, accident, storm damage, etc.).

• Aesthetic modifications that do not affect the general functionality of the roof top tent.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from APEX or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. Although the warranty covers products sold through authorized dealers, customers who purchased their APEX products from a dealer must submit any after-sales service requests through the dealer from whom they purchased.
